Already nested your designs onto a sheet? Send the file and the details and we will run it. Sheets are 22" wide as standard.
Before you send
A print-ready gang sheet saves you the nesting fee and gets your job into the queue faster. Here is what makes a file ready:
- PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI at final size
- 22" wide — length can be any of our standard sizes
- At least 0.5" of spacing between designs, so they can be cut apart
- No crop marks, guides or background boxes — anything visible in the file prints
- Designs sized exactly as you want them pressed
Not sure your layout is right? Send it anyway. We check every file before it runs and will tell you what needs fixing before you are charged for anything.
